The Project Manager at OSF Digital is responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closure according to strict deadlines.

This role involves leading internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects in line with the company's strategic goals.

• Manage expectations and communication on a daily basis.
• Own the project and its deliverables, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, estimating resources and participants needed, and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit proposals for budgets, update financial forecasts, and recommend budget changes as necessary.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria, conduct post-mortems, and create recommendation reports.

Requirements

• Direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution on the SFCC platform.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNOW, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets.
