Job Title: Nutrition Consultant

The primary role of a nutrition consultant is to assess the dietary needs of individuals, including employees and patients in occupational health settings. This involves conducting thorough evaluations of their nutritional requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and providing personalized recommendations.

  • Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of employee and patient nutrition, including food preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
  • Dietary Plans: Design tailored diet plans for employees with lifestyle disorders, such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, ensuring alignment with occupational health and energy needs.
  • Canteen Management: Plan balanced, nutritious menus for contract workforce and plant canteens, ensuring compliance with nutrition and safety norms.
  • Food Quality Monitoring: Regularly inspect food quality, hygiene standards, and portioning in canteens to prevent contamination and ensure safe consumption.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent.
  • Registered Dietician certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
