Life Skills Program Coordinator Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead the implementation of our life skills programs at schools across Hyderabad. In this role, you will oversee the successful rollout of the program, working closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful delivery.

You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation process, collaborating with school stakeholders, and supporting teachers in effectively delivering the program to students. As the Implementation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Lean Hyphen's Life Skills Programs across various schools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with content team to ensure quality of the program, including creation, review, and signoff prior to implementation.
  2. Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
  3. Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  5. Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
  6. Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
  7. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
  8. Program roll out at schools, ensuring smooth delivery of the program.
  9. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively.
  10. Collect data on program implementation and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in life skills education or related fields.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
