Job Opportunity for a Creative Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Graphic Designer to play a key role in our design team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful stories through visual presentations and designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop interactive communication designs that showcase creativity and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on current design trends around the globe.
  • Translate ideas into tangible design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements of tasks.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print.
  • Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Deliver on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively coordinate handoffs, share context, and align on shared goals.
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches.
  • Assist in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
  • Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
