Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability on our flagship mobile franchise.

This is a fully remote position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards.

As a key member of our LiveOps team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks early and collaborate on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Validation: Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
  • Test Planning: Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Bug Tracking: Document and track issues using bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA) from discovery through resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.

LiveOps QA Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events (before and after they go live), covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (JIRA) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art).
