As a skilled Backend AI Developer, you will contribute to the architecture and support the initial launch of our product. This exciting role involves leveraging your expertise in Python and backend frameworks like Django REST Framework, FastAPI, or Flask to drive innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Python and Django REST Framework with at least 2 years of real-world experience
  • Hands-on experience with building RAG systems – from reading unstructured files to chunking, vectorizing, retrieving, and evaluating
  • Experience with building AI agents and using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, or similar
  • Experience with Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Potential experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
