Job Summary: 32nd is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects in Goa.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the quantity surveying process, ensuring accurate project costing, and efficiently handling billing and invoicing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate quantity surveying.
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement billing and invoicing procedures for civil projects.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients.
  • Analyze project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to quantity surveying and billing.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather accurate data for quantity surveying and billing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing for civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and billing.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
