This individual will work closely with our team to develop innovative campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that capture attention and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for various mediums.
  • Transform briefs into captivating visual narratives while maintaining consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team to craft integrated campaigns that showcase imagination and precision.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and techniques to continuously improve work.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics / basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
