Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. As an SDET, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Cucumber(BDD), Java/Python automation tools
  • Work in a CI-CD mode of operations using Jenkins or circle-ci
  • Perform data pipeline and ETL testing using kafka messaging layer to ensure the data quality
  • API Testing and Automation
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process

Requirements:

">
  • Overall 3-5 years of experience as a SDET in Big-Data platform engineering and automation development
  • A bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
  • Expert knowledge of QA concepts and methodology and industry-standard testing and bug tracking tools
  • Experience in any of the following will be beneficial: Cloud-based deployment and SaaS, Cloud App Testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of API Testing and API Automation
  • Experience on back-end application Testing and automation using Java/Python
  • Hands on skills in operating UNIX/LINUX based operating system command line
