Job Opportunity

Join us as a Technical Solutions Engineer for Infrastructure, where you will play a key role in helping customers achieve their cloud objectives. In this exciting opportunity, you will be working with GKE/Anthos deployments, ensuring they are available, scalable, and ready to meet customer needs.

  • We seek someone who is skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and operational challenges.
  • Your strong analytical skills, paired with excellent communication abilities, will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in coding (Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, or JavaScript) or system design.
  • A strong track record of troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, including resolving technical issues.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, networking, infrastructure, containerization (Kubernetes, Openshift), or Linux.
  • Fluency in English for clear communication in customer-facing roles.
