Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Engineer to lead the development of innovative PCBA products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NPD, cross-functional collaboration, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end product development from concept to mass production, ensuring design for manufacturability, quality, cost, and delivery timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate prototype builds, component selection, and vendor management to meet project timelines.
  • Develop efficient assembly processes for new products through close collaboration with production and process engineering teams.
  • Define project timelines, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, and support APQP, PPAP documentation for NPD projects.
  • Maintain compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously optimize NPD processes for faster and cost-effective launches.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in PCBA development and NPD in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / Consumer Electronics / Automotive Electronics based industry.
