Job Title: Financial Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Pune.

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records.
  • Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Support management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance is essential. A strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas are also necessary. Additionally, a Commerce graduate from a recognized university and relevant certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years in accounting

Education: Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts)

Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP, Strong Excel skills, Ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas
