Job Title: Senior Content Management System Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer to work on our Content Management System (CMS) project, specifically focusing on the Alfresco ECM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in consulting, designing, developing, and delivering large-scale CMS projects along with cloud knowledge.

  • Design and develop solutions leveraging the Alfresco object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.
  • Work extensively on the Alfresco and Alfresco Share platforms for medium to large-scale implementations.
  • Develop Alfresco-based prototypes/POCs to demonstrate capabilities in document management, collaboration, BPM, and records management.
  • Build and integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for CMS solutions.
  • Work on deployment, configuration, and tuning using relevant middleware.
  • Contribute to database integration and optimization.
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD using tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in Alfresco and Alfresco Share development.
  • Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud services.
  • Experience with Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of SOLR and CMS system implementation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms: Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, JIRA.
  • OS exposure: Windows and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong consulting and client interaction experience.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end CMS projects in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in CMS systems.
