The ideal candidate will have strong creative "big picture" ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content, across audio-visual formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop large-scale content IPs with great consumer traction that will run across multiple formats and platforms over many months.
  • Break down ideas into detailed actionable activities for organic exposure and amplification without compromising the consumer experience.
  • Support revenue teams by selling initiatives as the go-to 'creative expert'.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital content and social media platforms to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of overall experience in TV broadcasting, advertising, digital marketing, content creation or brand development.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and new age media formats and platforms.
  • Familiarity with brand management principles is beneficial.
