Customer Service Delivery Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Delivery Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders.

  • The primary role involves collecting laundry and dry-cleaning items from customers as per the allocated schedule on the mobile app and delivering cleaned and packaged orders back to customers within designated time slots.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers, verify order details before pickup and delivery, and address any customer queries or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • The selected individual will use the mobile application to track pickup/delivery locations, time slots, and order details, optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency, and maintain adequate record keeping.

Beyond core responsibilities, successful candidates should be able to multitask, perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism with customers, and have a competent computer knowledge with fluid working hands on smartphones.

  • A minimum of 10th Pass or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi, or any two languages, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in delivery services or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
