Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Description:

The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, workshops, and client visits. They will develop an annual activity calendar and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, including property owners, partners, vendors, and members.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Plan and execute engaging events, workshops, and client visits
    • Develop an annual activity calendar
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication
  • Team Management:
    • Delegate, monitor, and evaluate team responsibilities
    • Ensure staff compliance with uniform policy
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Assist in managing budgets and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with management for approvals and procurement
