Job Description:

The role of HR Engagement & Initiatives Specialist is to design and implement employee engagement strategies that foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the institution's schools, PU colleges, early years centres, and Head Office.

  • Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar that includes recognition events, team-building initiatives, and transparent communication campaigns.
  • Conduct structured 15/30/60/90-day onboarding connects with new employees, ensuring smooth cultural assimilation and providing managers with data-backed insights.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, tracking milestones, feedback, and engagement scores through employee journey dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership using HR analytics tools, reporting, and survey data analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with survey design, data analysis, and presentation.
