Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Model N Specialist with strong technical expertise in the Model N Flex application.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various Model N modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.

  • 4–5 years of experience in Model N implementation and support projects
  • Technical proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Cognos and BI Objects
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors
  • Proven experience in supporting Model N Platform implementations

A successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. Additionally, they should have good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.

Experience with Agile & DevOps methodology is highly desirable.
