Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Software Reliability Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure access solutions within Oracle ERP/EPM applications. This includes configuring and managing security roles, integrating with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for single sign-on and identity federation, and ensuring compliance with enterprise identity standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation on security design, role matrices, access reviews, audit evidence, and supporting provisioning and de-provisioning processes for ERP/EPM users. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot access issues, analyze security logs, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

This role requires expertise in Oracle ERP, Oracle Identity and Access Management (Oracle IAM), SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity and access management tools, as well as knowledge of Oracle Security Roles and Personas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have skills include:

Nice-to-have skills include Oracle certifications in Security, Cloud Administration, or ERP/EPM modules, experience with automation of security provisioning using OIC or other tools, exposure to compliance frameworks (SOX, USGCI) and audit support, familiarity with Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence).
