We are seeking experienced Generative AI Professionals to fill a critical role in our organisation.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals to leverage their expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Response Action Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI agents to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks to drive business outcomes
  • Design and build LLMs and AI models into production systems, ensuring seamless integration and scalability
  • Implement RAG pipelines and manage vector databases to optimise model performance
  • Apply prompt engineering and tokenisation techniques to enhance model outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to drive project success
  • Test, deploy, and monitor models to ensure performance and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Generative AI advancements, tools, and frameworks

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Generative AI - 1.6+ years of experience
  • Agentic AI - 6+ months of experience
  • Python - 3-5 years of experience, with proficiency in prompt engineering
  • LLMs - OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Vector databases and RAG pipelines
  • LangChain libraries and AI agents
  • Cloud - Azure preferred, with AWS/GCP also acceptable
