Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Associate plays a vital role in upholding quality standards, ensuring processing accuracy and compliance.

This position necessitates an understanding of legal documentation, including court orders, retainer agreements, affidavits and bankruptcy filings, which are crucial for delivering services effectively.

To achieve this, the Quality Assurance Associate collaborates closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless quality compliances and processing accuracy for daily operations.

A key responsibility is to conduct regular audits to verify documentation around bankruptcy claimants, as well as random sample checks on communication sent/received to/from Trustees, accurately reviewing and interpreting legal documents such as court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and legal heirship documents.

A strong grasp of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials is essential, along with a quick learning curve to guarantee in-depth knowledge.

Weekly/monthly reports will be generated for audits performed on set frequencies, providing supervisors and businesses with requisite analytics and insights.

The report should include root cause analysis and Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) for defects/deficiencies identified during quality audits.
