We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team in a key role that will play a pivotal part in the development of our business intelligence capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and creating analytical dashboards using business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities
  • Manage enterprise data management processes under supervision of Data Operations Manage to perform the following job duties:
  • Analyse existing integrations and troubleshoot errors
  • Design and implement integrations between packaged software solutions with support of team members, consultants and third-party developers as needed
  • Perform end-to-end testing both internally and with third-party partners to ensure any new software integration meets requirements
  • Analyse documentation and technical specifications of any new integrated application being considered to determine fit for use
  • Build and maintain data warehouse solutions supporting BI solutions
Requirements
  • Critical-thinking, problem-solving and team collaboration skills
  • Experience with cloud integration software/middleware (like Workato or Boomi)
  • Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 experience
  • Intermediate-level experience with MS Excel functionalities (Pivot Table, vlookup)
  • Experience building APIs using REST or SOAP
  • Exposure to database management tasks (create tables, views, joins etc) will be a plus
  • Experience with cloud data platforms will be a plus (like Redshift or Snowflake)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R will be a plus
