Job Title: Financial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or food industry environment.

The Financial Expert will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Zoho and other relevant software.

This role involves efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections. Additionally, the candidate will ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Management: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
  • Bookkeeping & Record-Keeping: Manage daily accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Zoho and other relevant software.
  • Accounts Management: Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
  • Taxation: Manage and ensure timely filing of GST returns and other relevant tax filings.
  • Financial Analysis: Support management by assisting with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to aid in business decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a higher qualification.
  • Academic Excellence: A strong academic record, with a minimum of 85% or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an accountant, specifically within the manufacturing or food industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software, particularly Zoho.
