Lead Data Analyst

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert data analysis and insights to support business decisions. This includes conducting in-depth analyses of various datasets, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep dive analyses on large datasets to identify key trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track tool effectiveness, utilization, and impact on operational efficiency.
  • Data Sourcing & Validation: Identify and validate relevant data sources required for creating dashboards and tracking tools and technologies.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of new features and optimizations on operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Use advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze and present complex data insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and process improvements.
  • Tactical & Strategic Support: Assist with research and implementation of performance metrics to support agents and customers.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by collaborating with data engineering teams.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, or computer science.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or related fields, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Additional Requirements: Familiarity with big data technologies like AWS, S3, Redshift, or Teradata, and experience with project management methodologies.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of ACS operations, product development, revenue management, and customer experience.
