This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Product Manager and contribute to the development of our flagship product, TimeHub.

We aim to build a secure, global software solution that empowers Amazon to effectively manage its workforce, leading to a better employee experience and improved bottom line.

• Develop and execute the TimeHub roadmap across geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Own key product areas such as pay calculation, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Cultivate relationships with critical customers and stakeholders, advocating for their interests during executive-level prioritization and planning

A Master's degree and substantial experience in owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition are required. Your expertise in feature delivery, tradeoffs, and contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product will be highly valued.

You should have experience managing technical products or online services, as well as representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

We require proficiency in concepts such as system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.
