Job Overview

As a Webflow Developer, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. You'll work alongside our team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work with designers and marketing professionals to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance, conduct regular audits, and optimize technical aspects.
  • Measure key metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts using observations and learning, while staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, as well as the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize consistency across web spaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and keeping pace with evolving SEO trends.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media tracking, and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
