Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our offshore ERP projects as a Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects, and familiarity with Kronos WFM/HCM solutions is a plus.

  • Lead and coordinate ERP projects offshore.
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM/HCM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.

Additional desirable skills include:

  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
