Post-Trade Processing Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to drive platform capabilities development in our 'Digital Core' for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow.

This role will require expertise in Java software development with 8+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of Core Java, Collections, Spring Framework, and design patterns is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build the next generation of business applications using latest technologies.
  • Provide technology solutions to solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
  • Interact with key stakeholders in Operations to ensure delivery of the right thing.
  • Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform.
  • Assess new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing applications.
  • Ensure proper operational controls and procedures are implemented for smooth transition from test to production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Collections, and Spring Framework.
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming.
  • Experience of Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and ELK stack highly desirable.
  • Experience of Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tooling also highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (TeamCity/Jenkins), Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Docker/containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in an agile SDLC in a large-scale enterprise environment.
