We're looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Multiplier. This individual will lead the global strategy for Credit Risk by providing guidance and expertise, identifying opportunities to optimize and strengthen our credit risk and reward framework.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Leading the global strategy for Credit Risk
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for onboarding customers and members
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining credit policies globally, assessing customer creditworthiness, credit limits, and payment/credit terms
  • Conducting background checks, including criminal checks, KYB, and KYC
  • Supporting and guiding team members in line with business objectives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally across departments to ensure procedures are followed and there is alignment across the strategy
  • Undertaking assessments of the credit risk environment and reporting back to senior management
  • Monitoring changes and communicating them effectively

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for driving revenue growth in the HR Tech industry. If you have experience in a startup environment, approximately 10+ years of experience in a similar role with international market exposure, strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills, a data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, a strong understanding of the credit risk landscape, and the ability to manage multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.
