We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your excellent communication skills, be proactive and empathetic in handling customer queries, and provide timely support to ensure seamless experiences for our users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assisting users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting while ensuring resolutions are smooth and effective.
  • Liaising with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Exhibiting a friendly, helpful tone across all communication channels.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Freshers welcome - this is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and multitasking to manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
