Job Description

The primary role of an Order Manager is to oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient execution. This involves reviewing techno-commercial contracts, coordinating with engineering teams for the submission of drawings and documents to customers, and obtaining customer approval for these documents.

Additionally, the Order Manager is responsible for submitting claims and negotiating with customers, as well as monitoring costs and milestones throughout the order execution process. Close coordination with factory and logistics teams is also crucial for scheduling orders accurately.

The role requires effective communication skills to interact with clients independently for technical discussions, as well as CRM development and negotiation skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge about medium voltage power distribution systems and protection systems for AIS panels
  • Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems
  • Candidates should possess excellent CRM development skills and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skill is essential
