Job OverviewThe Enterprise Consultant will own and execute HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients. This role requires delivering high-quality projects within project timelines, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The individual will have high visibility with regular client interaction, serving as the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products across the globe.
- Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
- Execute the project through various phases, including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care.
- Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
- Test end-to-end process flows, drive adoption by giving hands-on end-user journey training, and validate value outcomes.
- 2-4 years of professional services experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
- Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
