MERN Stack Team Lead Developer

At DataNova Technologies, we are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Team Lead Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge MERN projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MERN stack development, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead MERN Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process of complex MERN stack projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers while ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
  • Cloud-Based Deployment: Extensive experience in leading the deployment of large-scale MERN applications on cloud platforms, overseeing architecture design, infrastructure management, and ensuring robust security measures using Docker and server configurations.
  • Culture of Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team, encouraging junior developers to stay updated with the latest MERN stack advancements and fostering a collaborative environment for skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Scalable MERN Architecture: Proven expertise in architecting scalable MERN applications, implementing efficient data management strategies, and optimizing overall system performance through comprehensive monitoring, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of the stack components.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong understanding of responsive design techniques and the performance implications of CSS/CSS Animations and JavaScript.
  • MERN Stack Development: Proven experience in MERN stack development showcased through a portfolio of at least three prior projects or submission of relevant code samples.
  • API Integration: Experience in integrating external web services, including SOAP, REST, or GraphQL APIs. Specific experience with MERN stack-related APIs is highly recommended.
  • Modern CSS: Knowledgeable in modern CSS concepts, such as Grid CSS and Flexbox. Experience with Vue.js or React.js is considered a significant advantage.
  • Software Development Tools: Comfortable using software development management tools like the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) or a similar set of applications.
  • Git: Proficient in using Git for creating branches, pushing code changes, and creating pull requests for technical lead code reviews.
  • Project Management: Demonstrates a proven track record of meeting deadlines and effectively managing new tasks, showcasing a commitment to project completion and team objectives.
