About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our investor relations and corporate development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all investor relations & corporate development activities and overseeing the company's M&A initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances its value proposition.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current investors while identifying and targeting potential investors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the investment community, including analysts, institutional investors, and retail investors.
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports, earnings releases, and other key financial communications.
  • Organize and lead investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Circa 12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, M&A, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing investor relations for a publicly traded company and executing successful M&A transactions.
