Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial processes across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial process, including fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/Service Tax, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review of monthly financial reports and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Management of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, capex management, salary, and employee reimbursements.
  • Control over fixed assets and conducting financial statement variance analysis.
  • Analysis of financial data and provision of cost-saving opportunities to management.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • Effective leader and team player with strong communication skills.
  • Expertise in accounting systems, POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have high-level attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling accounting operations across India and knowledge of account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax act requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or Retail industry.
