Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead

We're seeking an accomplished Front-End Designer who can not only craft stunning interfaces but also lead by example. If you're a creative problem solver with sharp design instincts and the ability to mentor and manage a team, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the front-end vision of our digital platforms while leading a small team of designers and developers.
  • Be hands-on in designing and developing while managing project timelines, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.

Your Skillset:

  • WordPress (Theme Customization & Front-End Development)
  • Vue.js (component-based architecture, dynamic UI)
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Front-end performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
  • Owning the UI/UX experience across web properties
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product and backend teams
  • Architecting scalable, clean front-end codebases
Requirements
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
