Regulatory Change Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change Monitoring Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Regulatory Change Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for designing and deploying an AI-driven Regulatory Horizon Scanning solution that leverages Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and advanced analytics to automatically monitor and analyze regulatory updates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor global regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations.
  • Build and optimize AI-enabled pipelines to process structured and unstructured regulatory publications.
  • Automate the classification of regulatory documents using NLP and machine learning.
  • Extract obligations and key data requirements from regulatory texts and speeches.
  • Map regulatory changes to internal policies and reporting frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in financial services or RegTech projects.
  • Experience with AI-driven regulatory change monitoring platforms.
  • Strong understanding of prudential and transaction reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with NLP and ML techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and data integration tools.
