Job Description
Naukripay Group IT Specialist Role: This position involves providing technical assistance and support to customers and internal stakeholders, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers or internal users, documenting solutions and procedures for future reference.
- Develop and implement solutions to address issues, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their issues and provide solutions, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, including operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Experience with common IT tools and technologies.
