About the Role

As a seasoned cross-platform developer, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and take on the challenge of building scalable, reliable, and engaging applications using the Flutter framework.

This role involves working closely with product, design, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve app stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
  • 4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
  • Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
