Job Title

A successful Technical Lead will serve as a Cloud HCM Subject Matter Expert, possessing comprehensive knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules).
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis, and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborating on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management, and provisioning.
  • Performing Unit tests, documenting test results, developing runbooks for all technical objects, and analyzing/resolving technical queries during tickets resolution.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Efficient and effective communication skills, written and verbal, to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • BI Publisher (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods) and Visual Builder Studio experience.
  • Knowledge of additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract/OTBI/Analysis Dashboard.
  • Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
  • Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance.
  • Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
