Job Title: Business Development Manager US IT Staffing Services

Position Overview:

• We seek a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.
• This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
• You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Identify and secure new clients through strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans.
• Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts.

US Staffing Expertise:

• Deep expertise of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Proven track record in successful consultant placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of proven success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
• Strong existing client relationships with ability to generate immediate business
• Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
