Travel Claim Examiner

As an integral part of our digital transformation company, you will play a crucial role in evaluating passenger claims under EU 261 regulations.

As a Travel Claim Examiner, you will be responsible for evaluating passenger claims based on operational factors and ensuring proper eligibility determination. You will collect and analyze relevant flight operations data, including flight logs, METAR reports, NOTAMs, and ATC communications. Your goal will be to assess the impact of disruptions related to meteorological conditions, technical faults, air traffic control restrictions, and other operational factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate passenger claims based on operational factors and ensure proper eligibility determination
  • Collect and analyze relevant flight operations data, including flight logs, METAR reports, NOTAMs, and ATC communications
  • Assess the impact of disruptions related to meteorological conditions, technical faults, air traffic control restrictions, and other operational factors


Requirements:
  • Any graduate with IATA certificate or Diploma in Aviation
  • Background in airline operations, such as flight dispatch, flight planning, ground operations, maintenance control, or ATC coordination
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations, EU 261, EASA, ICAO, local CAA rules, and airline operational policies
  • Strong understanding of airport operations, including passenger handling, fueling, crew duty regulations, and airworthiness requirements
