We are seeking dynamic and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultants for GSS HR Solutions. The role involves working on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, integrations, and module-specific expertise.


Key Responsibilities :



  • Lead and execute Oracle Fusion HCM module implementations, focusing on configuration and technical aspects.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, or REST APIs.
  • Customize and enhance HCM modules using tools like BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and OTBI.
  • Perform data migration activities and ensure seamless data flow between modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and system efficiency.

For Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Role :



  • Conduct end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM module implementations, specifically for Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
  • Configure, test, and support HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyzing business processes, and providing functional solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for HCM modules like Payroll, OTL, Core HR, Benefits, and Absence Management.
  • Deliver functional designs for enhancements and support configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Oracle HCM modules deliver business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications :



  • Technical Role :

    • 4-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations.
    • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, and other web services.
    • Proficiency in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
    • Hands-on experience in data migration, customization, and extension of Oracle Fusion HCM.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Functional Role :

    • 4-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM functional implementations.
    • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
    • Experience in configuring and supporting HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation.
    • Expertise in functional requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

  • Preferred Qualifications :

    • Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.
    • Experience working with global teams and projects.
    • Prior experience in a Big 4 consulting environment is a plus.
