Job Description:
A highly skilled Solution Architect is sought to design, integrate and optimize advanced SCADA, ADMS, GIS and related systems for grid reliability, operational efficiency and real-time data management. Key responsibilities include system design and integration, project management, technical leadership and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. System Design and Integration: Lead the design and integration of SCADA, ADMS, GIS and other digital grid systems ensuring seamless interoperability between various platforms including billing, meters and other utility systems.
2. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of digital grid projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients to meet project objectives.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership in the deployment of SCADA EMS systems including RTU and ICCP integration. Drive the adoption of best practices in system integration and operational excellence.
4. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance grid management capabilities. Conduct regular reviews and provide updates on project progress and system performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in SCADA, ADMS, GIS and related systems within the power and utilities sector. Proven track record of leading large-scale system integration projects particularly in SCADA EMS environments. Expertise in SCADA, ADMS, GIS and EMS systems. Strong knowledge of RTU, ICCP and other communication protocols. Proficiency in system design, integration and project management. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and client engagement skills.
