Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our controls testing efforts. This role will support the development of testing methodologies for critical key controls across our global business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assurance activities over resiliency material and critical controls testing, with opportunities to expand into other operational risk domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Controls Testing Manager to identify and prioritize testing activities as part of the assurance planning process.
  • Develop and execute control tests, including coordinating reviews with key stakeholders, managing control testing analysts (local and overseas), and ensuring alignment with assurance testing methodology.
  • Prepare draft reports reflecting test results and advise the business on appropriate solutions and remediation activities, engaging subject matter experts in agreeing action plans.
  • Present findings to senior management to secure buy-in and agreement to action.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the review lifecycle with senior stakeholders.
  • Work with Data Analytics to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics-based testing and continuous assurance activity.
  • Support 1LOD with issues remediation and validation of evidence before issue closure.
  • Provide feedback to design and implementation teams on learnings identified during control testing.
