The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent, and mentoring employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, and will be able to generate enquiries, qualify prospects, and convert leads to sustainable sales.

Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for evaluating customers' skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships, identifying sales leads, and maintaining and expanding the client database. They will also be responsible for initiating and improving customer relations via customer interaction, providing customers with technical expertise, and preparing and sending quotes with technical specs in prescribed formats to customers as per their actual requirements.

The Sales Manager will be required to coordinate with concerned Business Heads for Order Processing/PI/Dispatch etc. till the machines are delivered to the customer site. They will also be responsible for providing product, systems, and technical training to new and existing employees on an as-needed basis, replying to all queries/mails etc. received from customers, and making installation visits at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, 3+ years of sales experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
