Enterprise Lawyer

About the Role:

Olea directs global liquidity to supply chain and trade assets. We seek a diligent enterprise lawyer to join our legal team.

We are looking for an initiative-driven attorney to manage contractual arrangements with vendors, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts and enterprise documentation.

• Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring agreements satisfy all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement vendor management processes.
• Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Procure appropriate legal templates.
• Liaise with external vendors to negotiate agreements.

Requirements:

• Experience in contract law and commercial law, particularly vendor and enterprise agreements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
