Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned international admissions professional to lead our overseas admission efforts.
This role requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in international recruitment, student counseling, and visa requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the entire admission process for students seeking study abroad opportunities, collaborating closely with universities and educational institutions worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of coaches/country counselors, ensuring that monthly/yearly targets are met.
- Guarantee compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
- Closely collaborate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
- Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
- In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
- Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & organizational abilities.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
