We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline access provisioning and business processes.

Job Description

As a key member of our IAM team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop automation workflows, and implement RPA tools to automate manual and low-efficiency business processes. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with microservices development and IIQ workflow configuration.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing automation workflows using RPA tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, or UIPath;
  • Implementing automation solutions to streamline access provisioning and business processes;
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with microservices development and IIQ workflow configuration;
  • Analyzing and resolving automation failures;
  • Coordinating with application and IAM servicing, integration & engineering teams to improve accuracy & efficiency of automated access provisioning;
  • Identifying new opportunities for business process automation and driving them to completion;

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend alternatives. You will be able to work with complex details, communicate effectively with global teams, and demonstrate excellent work item follow-up skills with attention to quality & details.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-9 years experience in business process automation at enterprise scale;
  • Subject Matter Expertise in atleast 1 mainstream RPA solution (BluePrism, Automation Anywhere or UIPath);
  • Extensive experience in delivering RPA based access provisioning automation both frontend (UI based) and backend (API based);
  • Hands-on experience in automating manual & low-efficiency business processing using a multiple automation technologies besides RPA;
  • Hand-on experience in microservices development using mainstream technology stacks like Java, Python etc.;
  • Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management and role-based access management and hands-on experience in administrating user access via LCM solutions like SailPoint IIQ;
  • Hands-on experience in service request & incident management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow;
  • High level understanding of IAM audit, access reviews, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and privileged access administration;
  • Knowledge of IAM policies and specific standards on all key technology platforms;
  • Experience with gathering functional requirements, deployment of information security tools, and data analysis;
  • Flexible to work on shift and weekend on-call support;
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to identify and recommend alternatives;
  • Ability to work with complex details;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to positively interact with global teams;
  • Excellent work item follow-up skills with attention to quality & details;

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
