About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Management & CRM Specialist to play a crucial role in developing and activating our cold database through strategic marketing nurture campaigns.
Responsibilities- Cleanse, enrich, and segment cold databases to identify high-potential leads.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Configure and optimize CRM systems to support marketing automation and lead nurturing.
- Create custom objects, fields, and workflows to track lead progression.
- Implement reporting-based data-driven segmentation and scoring models to prioritize leads.
- Develop targeted marketing nurture campaigns to engage cold leads.
- Create compelling email sequences, personalized content, and automated workflows.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- A/B test different campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with SDR teams to qualify and hand off leads effectively.
- Ensure clear lead dispositioning and accurate data entry into the CRM.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Reporting based on objective modeling for lead disposition stages.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data management, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
